Yet, configuring an automated backup solution can be difficult. This is why our company offers you our Optional Admin Services solution – we promise to maintain a full backup copy of your VPS server, not just of your sites and data, but of all the custom settings that you have added. Our backup scripts run each week, preserving all the modifications that you have made during that time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Server, you will have full freedom to install any script or service on your it. Yet, a part of the scripts are more difficult to install and may require some extra setup from you. This is where our Optional Admin Services package can help you out. It features half an hour of installation & problem–solving duties – in other words you’ll be able to basically employ one of our qualified server admins for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any software application whatsoever that you desire. Or have him rectify a trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an extra feature for our KVM VPS Servers.
